GENERALI CEE Cup 2014 Rules


General


  1. ACTIVE TIMES s.r.o. is the organizer of the CEE Cup.
  2. The tournament dates are from 23-07-2014 to 30-07-2014
  3. Games usually take place during the morning and afternoon, evening games may be scheduled by the organizers.
  4. The CEE Cup brings together top youth teams from the entire CEE region and the concept allows international interaction, youth development and education.
  5. The organizers bring 12 teams from various CEE countries to attend the CEE Cup. The organizer alone is responsible for the selection of the teams.
  6. Teams will be invited by the organization or their National federations.
  7. Players of participating teams must be born from 01-01-1996: The list of participating players and team staff shall be submitted to the organizers not later than 21-06-2014. 5 changes can be made until 1 day prior of the start of the tournament.

Substitutes: Each side is allowed to change four players + 1 goalkeeper throughout the duration of one game. The tournament committee will ensure the technical logistics during the tournament. All decisions will be taken by the committee will be subject to an official statement to be issued by the committee. Given the brevity of the tournament, technical and disciplinary measures, whose effectiveness is limited in scope, decisions by the committee are final. Breaches of discipline committed by players belonging to the teams and judged by the referee, shall be resolved in the opinion of the competent disciplinary body. Sanctions will be charged according to the following:


Change of outfit: if there is uniformity in the colors of the outfits of both teams playing in one and the same match, the team placed at the second position in the game (‘away’ playing team) shall insure suitable replacement outfits.


In case the game is interrupted for any other reason than the general code of conduct of football rules the game can be suspended by the referees in coordination with the organizers. Continuation of such interrupted game is as follows:


The organization is entitled to change host venue teams and locations in case deemed necessary for the flawless organization of the tournament. In such case all participating teams will be informed accordingly and travel schedules will be re-programmed.

The organizers are not responsible to any personal harm or any other type of damage suffered or caused by the teams or its players. Insurance is the full responsibility of the teams itself. Every team shall have insured their players medically, for property damage as well as take care of sufficient covering travel insurance, when coming from abroad.
